Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead engineering operations on-site in Oxfordshire. You will manage a team of engineers, ensure health and safety compliance, and optimise maintenance programs for multiple contracts.

You will drive client satisfaction through proactive performance management, risk control, and effective coordination with health & safety teams, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely certification or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar role in facilities management.
• Strong technical background in building services engineering (mechanical and/or electrical).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the engineering team to deliver customer excellence across contracts and regions.
• Promote health and safety compliance and conduct site audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee PPM schedules, asset lifecycle management, and data integrity in CMMS.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and client-facing reviews (QBR).
• Manage budgets, warranties, and vendor relationships to optimise value.
