Job summary

ARX Robotics seeks an Engineering Manager to own the integration of Mithra OS onto customer vehicles. You will start as the technical owner and hands-on integration engineer, then build a team to scale repeatable, safe and high-quality vehicle integrations across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.

You will work with OEMs and suppliers to ensure interfaces meet safety standards, while developing reusable tools, libraries, and documentation to accelerate future projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams in robotics/complex systems.
• Significant experience in vehicle systems integration across software/electrical/mechanical domains.
• Experience with drive-by-wire, vehicle motion control, autonomy, architecture, networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle integrations of Mithra OS onto customer platforms with hands-on technical work.
• Own the end-to-end integration from assessment to field deployment.
• Define and execute integration plans, tests, and verification activities.
• Build reusable engineering capabilities and documentation for future integrations.
• Establish integration processes and engineering standards for safe, reliable deployments.
• Grow and mentor the vehicle integration team as the function scales.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and contractors to meet interfaces and safety standards.
