Job summary

ARX Robotics GmbH is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge Mithra OS with customers’ operational systems. You will deploy, extend, and troubleshoot integrations in real-world environments, acting as the technical lead on site and the primary customer advocate within engineering.

You’ll collaborate with customers to translate needs into robust requirements, ensure production-quality integration, and drive successful field demonstrations and deployments across mission-critical scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience building software integrations for robotics/industrial systems.
• Hands-on C++ and ROS2 development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in API integration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deployments at customer sites, including planning, configuration, and live troubleshooting.
• Develop and deploy custom software extensions and data flows via APIs/SDKs.
• Translate customer needs into robust technical requirements for Mithra OS integrations.
• Serve as the technical voice of the customer and relay feedback to product teams.
• Ensure integrations are maintainable, observable, and field-ready.
