Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management of engineering teams.
• Experience in mixed-mode, high-compliance production environments.
• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design engineering in customer engagement and development of new parts.
• Lead production engineering team in design, manufacture and repair of roll/form tooling.
• Lead manufacturing engineering team in creation and improvement of precision processes.
• Drive engineering strategy & develop staff, support production, quality and sales functions.
