Nicholsons Sealing Technologies Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Design, Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams, delivering new parts and processes in a high‑compliance production environment.

You will develop the engineering strategy, be hands‑on, and drive staff development while supporting production, quality and sales functions. The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management of engineering teams.
• Experience of mixed-mode, high compliance production environments.
• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design engineering in customer engagement and development of new parts.
• Lead production engineering team in design, manufacture and repair of roll/form tooling.
• Lead manufacturing engineering team in creation and improvement of precision processes.
• Drive engineering strategy & develop staff, support production, quality and sales functions.
