Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Design, Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams in a high-compliance manufacturing environment. You will drive development of new parts, process improvements, and the engineering strategy to support production, quality and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management of engineering teams.
• Experience in mixed-mode, high‑compliance production environments.
• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design engineering in customer engagement and development of new parts.
• Lead production engineering in design, manufacture and repair of roll/form tooling.
• Lead manufacturing engineering in creation and improvement of precision processes.
• Drive engineering strategy and develop staff to support production, quality and sales functions.
