Qualifications
- Experience leading or mentoring software engineers within Agile teams.
- Strong software engineering background with a passion for excellence.
- Interest in modern engineering practices, cloud technologies and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional engineering team.
- Drive quality culture and test-driven development.
- Support delivery of scalable, maintainable software and architecture.
- Partner with Product and Scrum teams to deliver roadmaps.
- Remove delivery obstacles and improve team effectiveness.
- Support recruitment and talent development.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.
