MHR is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Software and Test Engineers, shaping the next generation of our cloud-based HR, Payroll and Finance platform.

You'll combine people leadership with technical influence, foster engineering excellence, practice test-driven development, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with Product and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers within Agile teams.
• Strong software engineering background.
• Passion for engineering excellence, code quality and TDD.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in modern engineering practices, cloud technologies and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team.
• Drive a culture of quality, test-driven development and continuous improvement.
• Support the delivery of scalable, maintainable software and architecture.
• Partner with Product and Scrum teams to deliver against product roadmaps.
• Remove delivery obstacles and improve team effectiveness.
