Job summary
As a Software Engineering Manager at MHR, you'll lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers and Test Engineers, helping build the next generation of our cloud-based HR and Payroll platform. You'll combine people leadership with technical influence, fostering engineering excellence, test-driven development and continuous improvement.

- Experience leading or mentoring software engineers within Agile teams.
- Strong software engineering background.
- Passion for engineering excellence, code quality and test-driven development.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a cross-functional engineering team.
- Drive a culture of quality, test-driven development and continuous improvement.
- Support the delivery of scalable, maintainable software and architecture.
- Partner with Product and Scrum teams to deliver against product roadmaps.
- Remove delivery obstacles and improve team effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.
