Job summary

MHR is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Software and Test Engineers. You will combine people leadership with technical influence, promoting engineering excellence, TDD and continuous improvement across our cloud-based HR and Payroll platform.

You will work with modern technologies (.NET, Angular, Azure) and support the growth of your team, shaping software architecture and delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

As a Software Engineering Manager at MHR, you'll lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers and Test Engineers, helping build the next generation of our cloud-based HR and Payroll platform. You'll combine people leadership with technical influence, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, test-driven development and continuous improvement.

Working with modern technologies including .NET, Angular, Azure and AI-assisted development tools, you'll help shape how software is built while supporting the growth and success of your team.

Your Team

You’ll lead a collaborative Agile team of engineers and testers, working closely with Product and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software. Your Impact

You’ll be responsible for building high-performing teams, improving engineering practices and ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable software. Through coaching, mentoring and technical leadership, you’ll help shape both our products and our engineering culture.
