MHR Senior Software Engineer role in Nottingham hybrid: you'll design and deliver scalable cloud-based HR and payroll solutions on Microsoft Azure, shaping architectural direction and mentoring engineers while collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Test Engineers.

You’ll drive quality, security, and performance across the SaaS platform used by customers across the UK and beyond, joining a cross-functional team that embraces AI tooling and modern software practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure.
• Strong API design, distributed systems, and security.
• Experience applying unit testing, automated testing and CI/CD.
• SOLID, design patterns and clean architecture knowledge.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading delivery teams.
