Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join the team. You will manage customer orders, respond to queries, and promote products through outbound calls, while updating the CRM and coordinating with the external sales team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing/industrial settings and a proven track record in internal sales or outbound calling to generate sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes and process customer orders, check inventory and respond to issues.

• Respond to customer enquiries and engage in outbound activity to promote sales.
