Job summary

M-Tec Engineering Solutions in Banbury is seeking an Engineering Co-ordinator to handle inbound customer calls and coordinate engineers on the road. You will play a vital role, ensuring diaries are kept up-to-date and expedient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong telephone manner, stay calm under pressure, and show attention to detail and logical prioritisation. Experience in arranging engineers’ diaries is highly desirable.

Our client is a busy Manufacturer based in Banbury. They are looking for somebody to deal with inbound customer calls and co ordinate a team of engineers on the road in response. This role is vital to the business and you will know you have made a real impact at the end of every day

To succeed in the role of Engineering CO Ordinator you will have

• A strong telephone manner
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• An eye for detail
• The ability to think logically and prioritise
• Ideally you will have experience in a similar fast paced role organising the diaries of Engineers, Installers, Plumbers, Care Workers or similar.

In return for fulfilling the role of Engineering Co Ordinator our client can offer a generous salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus above average benefits and strong future progression.
