About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Worker with experience in quoting for engineering machine components of all descriptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of engineering parts, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive quotations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for a wide range of engineering machine components.
  2. Analyze customer requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to generate precise pricing.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source pricing and lead times.
  4. Maintain and update pricing databases and quotation records.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide exceptional service.
  6. Assist with general office administration duties as required.

Requirements
  1. Experience in quoting engineering machine components or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of engineering materials, machining processes, and manufacturing techniques.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quotation software (if applicable).
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
