Job summary

Neural Concept seeks a Solution Engineer in the UK to bridge engineering credibility with business impact. You will lead discovery, frame technically feasible AI use cases, and define strategic roadmaps aligned with client workflows.

You will create compelling demos, own the SOW, and guide clients from discovery to signed agreements, while collaborating with Sales and the engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a strategic engineering partner across teams and executives.
• Lead structured discovery to identify impactful, technically feasible use cases.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap translating capabilities into a multi-horizon vision.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos aligned with engineering workflows.
• Draft and own the Statement of Work with understanding of technical building blocks.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees linking engineering challenges to outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users and engineers to embed NC in workflows.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth transitions.
