Job summary

Neural Concept Engineering seeks a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering credibility and strategic influence. You will drive pre-sales from discovery to SOW, serving as the technical compass through the client lifecycle and shaping expansion opportunities.

You bring an engineering background with CAD/CAE experience, strong Python skills, and the ability to articulate technical value to executives. A client-facing, pre-sales track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow knowledge.
• Strong communication with engineers and executives.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical account management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a bonus.
• Hands-on simulation experience from CAD to post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Position NC as strategic partner across engineering teams and VPs.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify impact and feasible use cases.
• Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in workflows.
• Create and co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of technical building blocks.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees, connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users and managers.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
