Job summary

Spire St Anthony's Hospital is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the engineering service on a bank, flexible working basis. You will support the Facilities Manager and ensure documentation and CMMS updates are maintained.

With a heritage of healthcare excellence, the hospital serves Sutton, Epsom, Surrey and South London. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to develop within a private hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar administration role is essential
• Knowledge of building services
• Able to prioritise demands against resources
• Able to develop objective in line with corporate/local business plans
• Able to negotiate service levels and local contracts with external suppliers
• Able to assure hospital compliance with changing legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with all customer groups
• Highly literate and numerate

Responsibilities

• To Ensure that all documentation required for the Engineering audit is up to date and filled in the correct location.
• To ensure that all HS21 contractor documentation is up to date and signed off by the Facilities Manager and filled correctly - including upload to the CMMS system.
• Support the facilities Manager in ensuring all Facilities policies are up to date with the relevant information in.
• Ensure all relevant information is uploaded onto Pirana.
• Ensure all facilities trackers are kept up to date.
• Supporting the Equipment coordinator on when not on site to ensure the upkeep on the medical equipment.
• To record and schedule all new equipment and services for planned maintenance on the network CMMS. Ensure continual update of hospital asset registers to keep all plant and equipment visible to the site and the network.
