Job Summary
We’re looking for a driven and passionate Engineer Scheduler to join our growing team at Zuno. You’ll play a key role in our continued growth, working closely with engineers and customers to manage schedules and resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload
- Communicate with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance
- Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise
- Build relationships with different teams within the company
- Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking
Who you are
- Confident speaking with engineers and customers over the phone on a daily basis
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and engineers
- Proactive, hardworking and motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong team focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft and Google software and able to learn new systems quickly
- Able to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable and confident in your communication style
- A positive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
