Job summary

Zuno is seeking an Engineer Scheduler in Leeds to help manage engineers' diaries, coordinate workloads and resolve scheduling issues for customers. You will work closely with engineers and customers to offer practical solutions and keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with Microsoft and Google tools, able to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking with engineers and customers over the phone.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and engineers.
• Proactive, hardworking with a positive attitude and team focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google software and quick learner.
• Calm, organized and effective under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload.
• Communicate with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance.
• Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise.
• Build relationships with different teams within the company.
• Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking.
