Attega Group Ltd is seeking a Service Scheduler in Havant to schedule engineers for service and remedial works, providing RAMS and all relevant documentation, and acting as the first point of contact for customers. The role requires strong administration and coordination skills and offers a permanent, full-time position.

Salary ranges from £26,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, with benefits including pension, holidays, and parking. Monday to Friday work hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong administration experience and some form of scheduling, planning or coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Effectively scheduling engineers to attend service and remedial works.
• Providing customers with RAMS and all relevant works documentation.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customers and answering queries thoroughly.
• Ordering parts and raising purchase orders.
• Producing reporting on upcoming jobs and contract activities to support forecasting requirements.
