Job summary

Speedy, the UK’s leading hire provider, is looking for a Rail Engineer in Glasgow to keep rail tools and equipment ready for hire. You will ensure schedules are up to date and repair faulty gear to maintain availability for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service schedules for rail tools and equipment to ensure availability for hire.
• Repair faulty rail equipment as necessary to keep it in service.
• Support the depot team in daily operations and customer service in Glasgow.

Based in the depot, the Rail Engineer is a key role to Speedy's supply of rail tools and equipment; ensuring service schedules are up to date and repairing faulty rail equipment as necessary to ensure it remains available for hire.
