A leading scientific institution in Greater London is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the career development and engagement programme for research award holders. This role involves supporting the delivery of existing engagement activities, managing mentoring programmes, and collaborating across teams to foster strong relationships with award holders. The ideal candidate will have a degree, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in mentoring and project management. The position is full-time with hybrid working options.

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG plus hybrid remote working
Pay Band: D
Salary: £47, 428
Contract type: 10 month Fixed-term, Maternity Cover

As the programme expands, the role may include line managing responsibilities :
Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
A good understanding of academic and/or research activities in science and research funding.

Demonstrable experience of delivering accessible digital events and content for the public
Able to be flexible about working hours and travel across the UK
