Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' professional experience.
Proven workforce management or delivery assurance experience.
Experience in client-facing roles with performance oversight.
Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights.
Experience building MI / Reporting for customers.
Has led or participated in the hiring process.
Experience delivering technology solutions across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

Support performance, engagement and operational success of a distributed workforce.
Proactive outreach to deployed teams and clients to monitor delivery health.
Provide regular insights, updates and performance assurance to stakeholders.
Coordinate with account and delivery teams to drive delivery excellence.
Progressively take on broader delivery function responsibilities over time.
