Version 1 is seeking a senior Delivery Manager/Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and transformation programs. You will drive Agile practices, coach teams, and manage multiple workstreams while coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Delivery Management/Project Management capabilities
• Experience in Business/Compliance/Process delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiar with Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP and practical experience of same.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects using Agile methodologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices
• Scale Agile across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies
