Job summary

RedRock Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Principal Delivery Manager to own delivery outcomes and senior client relationships across a portfolio of technology engagements in both public and private sectors.

You will shape and grow customer engagements, collaborate with sales, and advance delivery maturity under CTO leadership. The role requires deep delivery lifecycle expertise, governance, and the ability to lead complex programmes with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consultancy experience.
• 5+ years in consultancy or digital agency environment.
• Experience delivering technology change for external clients.
• Experience in public and private sector delivery.
• Experience leading multi-team programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management.
• People leadership including hiring.
• Experience in governance, risk and reporting.
• Bid and tender writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes and client relationships across a portfolio of technology engagements.
• Lead delivery teams, shaping, winning and growing customer engagements in collaboration with sales and leadership.
• Provide senior stakeholder management and governance across engagements, including risk and issue resolution.
• Shape RedRock's delivery practices and maturity as the company grows, under CTO leadership.
