Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an IT Project Consultant to deliver a varied portfolio of technology projects for business clients. The role blends hands‑on technical work with project ownership and client engagement, from discovery and design through implementation, testing and handover.

You will lead discovery sessions, scope solutions and manage multiple projects across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking and security. Hybrid working offers balance between home, office and client sites.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on IT project delivery experience for business clients.
• Experience in MSP/IT consultancy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS 365, servers, AD, networks and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and technical workshops
• Scope solutions, develop project plans and support pre‑sales
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholders
• Deliver hands‑on installations, migrations, upgrades and remediation
• Work across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and modern workplace technologies
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers and third parties
• Ensure testing, documentation and seamless handovers
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and client outcomes
