Job summary

Codurance is seeking an Engagement Manager to join our London or Manchester teams. You will help build strong client relationships, align stakeholders and drive delivery value across multiple projects in a hybrid working environment.

You’ll work with business development and marketing on proposals, help grow our engagement management capability, and support teams to learn and improve. Note: visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with strategic stakeholders and guiding them to a shared vision.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow client accounts.
• Track record delivering technical or product strategy with risk management.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and navigating dependencies.
• Strong facilitation and leadership communication skills.
• Committed to ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure value delivery across projects.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing for proposals and opportunities.
• Help build Codurance's internal engagement delivery capability and culture.
• Balance client needs with team capacity and risk management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding teams to align on vision and outcomes.
