Protocol Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring Engagement Coach to support small groups of children with additional needs at a setting in Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and wants to make a genuine difference to their engagement, confidence and development.
As an Engagement Coach, you will work closely with small groups of children, providing tailored support and helping them engage positively with activities and learning.

Experience working with SEND, education, childcare, youth work or vulnerable children would be advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
