Job summary

Protocol Education in Buntingford, Hertfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Coach to support small groups of children with additional needs at our setting.

The role involves working closely with pupils to foster engagement, confidence and development, delivering engaging activities and maintaining a calm, inclusive environment. Start ASAP for a part-time position with Monday–Friday hours 11:00am–3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND or vulnerable children is advantageous
