Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Esher, Surrey, is seeking an Engagement Mentor to support pupils aged 7-17 with SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties at a new specialist school starting this September.

You will build strong relationships, support engagement in learning, and help pupils develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. This full-time role runs 8:30am–4:30pm and pays £108 per day on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence, overcome barriers and engage positively with education?

A brand-new specialist school in Esher is looking for enthusiastic Engagement Mentors to join their team this September. Supporting pupils aged 7-17 with SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), you'll play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.

The Role

As an Engagement Mentor, you'll build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and help them get the most from their school day. Your responsibilities will include:
