Bristow & Sutor in London is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover South West London and surrounding areas. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with the potential to earn £40,000–£65,000 including commissions and bonuses, plus a company car and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.

• Take payments, set up arrangements and complete income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer appropriately to support pathways.

What You Will Do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
