Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group in London is seeking Enforcement Agents for a South East London area, covering Greenwich, Bexley Heath, Dartford, Croydon and Orpington. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with significant earning potential (£40,000–£65,000) through commission, plus a company car and fuel card.

You will visit customers, negotiate, take payments, and manage accounts while supporting vulnerable customers and maintaining records. Full UK driving licence and clean record required.

Qualifications

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Free of CCJs and Criminal Record.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed

What you will do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
