Bristow & Sutor is seeking a certificated Enforcement Agent to cover a central London area including Southwark, Bermondsey, Camberwell, Hammersmith and surrounding boroughs. The role combines field duties with regulated enforcement activities for clients across diverse industries.

You will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, collect payments, and manage cases while complying with enforcement regulations.

Responsabilités

What You Will Do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
