Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking dedicated Enforcement Agents for North West London and surrounding areas. You will represent clients to recover debts, visit homes and businesses, and negotiate settlements with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses within designated areas.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries and set up payment plans.
• Take payments, arrange income questionnaires, and document case notes.
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate visit reports, payment records and case notes.
• Identify vulnerable customers and refer to appropriate support pathways.

What you will do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed

• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair

• Good time management, you can organise yourself and own your results
• You can talk to anyone, and you listen as much as you speak
• Treat people with respect and use sound judgement
• A full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Free of CCJ’s and Criminal Record
