Bristow & Sutor Group seeks an Enforcement Agent for North East London, covering Barking, Bishops Storford, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. You will visit homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, take payments, and manage case records while following regulatory guidelines.

We welcome motivated individuals able to handle challenging conversations with empathy. A full UK driving licence and a clean record are required. Attractive package includes base salary plus commission and a company car.

Formación

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in dealing with difficult and sensitive conversations.
• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair.

• You can talk to anyone and listen as well as speak.

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Free of CCJ’s and Criminal Record.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records.
• Identify and support customer vulnerability and refer appropriately.
