Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group in Bristol (including Thornbury and Yate) is seeking an Enforcement Agent. You will visit customers’ homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, take payments, and arrange payment plans in line with regulations.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have a clean criminal record. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with the potential to earn £40,000–£65,000 through commission and bonuses.

• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations with confidence.
• Ability to stay calm, firm and fair while working to targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up arrangements; complete income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate pathways.
