Bristow & Sutor is recruiting Enforcement Agents to cover South East London and surrounding areas such as Greenwich, Dartford, Croydon and Orpington. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with real opportunities to earn £40,000–£65,000 through commissions and bonuses.

You will visit customers at their homes or businesses, negotiate to maximize recoveries, take payments, arrange settlements and maintain accurate records while following regulations.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and handle sensitive conversations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• No CCJs and no criminal record.
• Ability to work to targets and achieve results.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
