Job summary

Bristow & Sutor in London is seeking Enforcement Agents to cover a broad north-east London area including Barking, Bishops Storford, Brentwood, and surrounding towns. You will visit customers in person, negotiate payment arrangements, and take control of goods when necessary, while following regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive basic salary (£26,441–£28,460), generous commission/bonus with OTE £40,000–£65,000, a company car and fuel card, and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Free of CCJ's and Criminal Record.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise successful recoveries.
• Take payments, set up payment arrangements, and assist with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed, always following regulations.
• Maintain precise case notes and payment records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and refer to support pathways.
