Job summary

Bristow & Sutor Group seeks Enforcement Agents in Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will visit customers at their homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, collect payments, and manage case records. A full UK driving licence and a clean record are required.

• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support pathways.

What you will do

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
