Bristow & Sutor Group in Bristol (including Thornbury and Yate) is seeking an Enforcement Agent. You will visit customers’ homes and businesses, negotiate recoveries, take payments, and arrange payment plans in line with regulations.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have a clean criminal record. The role offers a basic salary of £26,441–£28,460 with the potential to earn £40,000–£65,000 through commission and bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate to maximise recoveries.

• Take control of goods when required, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate pathways.

What you will do

As a certificated Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for a designated geographical area and undertake activities on behalf of our clients including:

• Visit customers' homes and businesses

• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries

• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire

• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations

• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records

• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
