Job summary

Bristow & Sutor in Brighton are recruiting Enforcement Agents to visit customers' homes and businesses across Brighton, Worthing, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. You will negotiate to maximise recoveries, take payments, set up arrangements and support customers through the process.

You must have a full UK driving licence, a clean record and the resilience to handle challenging conversations. We offer a competitive salary, progression and various benefits as part of our total rewards package.

Qualifications

• A full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Free of CCJ’s and Criminal Record.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there's no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
