Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking Enforcement Agents for Central London areas including Southwark, Bermondsey, Camberwell, Hammersmith, Fulham, Paddington, Camden, Islington, Bethnal Green and Stepney. You will visit customers at homes and businesses to negotiate recoveries and set up payment arrangements.

Salary starts at £26,441–£28,460 with real potential to earn £40,000–£65,000 through commissions and bonuses, plus a company car, fuel card and comprehensive training as you progress in Debt

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in difficult and sensitive conversations.
• Ability to remain calm, firm and fair.
• Target-driven with ability to meet personal metrics.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Free of CCJs and Criminal Record.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers’ homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help with income questionnaires.
• Take control of goods when needed, following regulations.
• Maintain case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerability and refer to appropriate support pathways.

What you will do

• Visit customers’ homes and businesses
• Negotiate professionally and confidently to maximise successful recoveries
• Take payments, set up arrangements and help customers complete an income questionnaire
• Take control of goods when there’s no other option, always following the regulations
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports, and payment records
• Identify and support customer vulnerability by recognising signs of hardship, adapting your approach and ensuring appropriate referral pathways are followed
