Responsibilities

• Make switching to Octopus easy and help customers pick tariffs.
• Guide customers on Low Carbon Technology options (Heat Pumps, Solar).
• Answer initial installation questions for Electric Vehicle chargers and coordinate handovers.
• Own customer queries end-to-end and resolve quickly.
• Provide warm, authentic service and go the extra mile for customers.
• Think on your feet and avoid robotic responses.
