Job summary

Octopus Energy Group in Manchester is hiring for a full-time customer service role. Qualifications

• A background in a fast-paced customer service or operations environment is a bonus, but attitude and aptitude are prioritised.

Responsibilities

• Make switching to us easy, cut through the noise and help customers select the best Gas and Electricity tariffs
• Get to know the products, guide customers on adopting Low Carbon Technology, including Heat Pumps and Solar
• Initiate the journey for EV charger customers, answering installation questions and handing over to installation teams
• Own the query end-to-end, solving problems quickly and avoiding endless transfers
• Deliver warmth and care in every interaction, with real conversations and proactive problem solving
