Responsibilities

• Make switching to Octopus easy and help customers choose tariffs
• Guide customers on Low Carbon Technology like Heat Pumps and Solar
• Answer initial questions for Electric Vehicle charger installations and hand over to installation teams
• Own customer queries end-to-end and provide fast, effective solutions
• Deliver warmth, care, and real conversations with customers
• Learn and adapt quickly, avoiding robotic responses while solving problems
