From day one, you’ll target accounts, qualify opportunities, and start building a pipeline while receiving ongoing coaching and support. The role offers uncapped earning potential and a clear promotion path.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career in sales with a willingness to learn energy B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Make 50-80+ outbound cold calls daily to decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and understand timelines and consumption.
• Book qualified appointments and build a sales pipeline.
• Learn energy procurement, supplier negotiations, and pricing.
• Work towards weekly/monthly targets and use CRM to track progress.
