The position offers an office-based schedule with a basic salary negotiable upwards and uncapped monthly commission, providing a clear path to progression into sales closing and management roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the energy sector as a lead generator, telesales exec, appointment setter, or outbound sales exec.
• A proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new business leads and appointments.
• Build and manage your own pipeline.
