Job summary

Northern Gas and Power is seeking experienced B2B closers to join Preston’s team to convert opportunities in energy procurement. You’ll manage and price negotiations, coordinate tenders, and close contracts with UK businesses from SMEs to large accounts.

You will lead a Lead Gen team, shaping pipeline and driving revenue on a high-velocity, uncapped commission environment from a premier Preston office. The role offers strong earnings potential and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
• Experience in energy procurement or related sector is preferred.
• Leads and manages multi-stakeholder sales cycles, negotiates terms and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Close energy procurement contracts for commercial/industrial clients.
• Lead pricing and tender conversations with authority and clarity.
• Develop and mentor your Lead Gen team to sustain pipeline.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with trading/procurement desks on contract structures and negotiations.
