Equans UK & Ireland is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator in Coleshill to join our team for a full‑time role with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will assist with PAS2035 processes, energy modelling, and coordination across survey teams and contractors.

You will support design, installation, handover and monitoring, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the retrofit journey for various client types, including housing associations and end users.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor qualified and experienced in housing refurbishment.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification demonstrated.
• Strong knowledge of PAS2035/TrustMark processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Computer literacy with MS Office suite.
• Min 2 years in construction industry.
• Proven energy efficiency retrofit experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in PAS2035 process delivery.
• Support retrofit surveys, design, installation, handover and monitoring.
• Ensure high quality and compliance throughout the process.
• Perform energy modelling using appropriate software.
• Assist with PAS2035 lodgement on TrustMark per contract programmes.
• Maintain end-to-end customer journey standards for all clients.
• Coordinate with operations to keep survey data accurate.
• Monitor external survey partners delivering retrofit surveys.
