Job summary

Equans is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our Coleshill team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including extensive annual leave and life cover.

The role involves supporting PAS2035 delivery, energy modelling, and ensuring compliance across the retrofit process for clients and end users. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate survey information and achieve timely, high-quality survey outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage survey processes in housing refurbishment schemes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in PAS2035 process management and delivery.
• Assist with retrofit surveys, ensuring high quality and compliance.
• Support energy modelling using energy modelling software.
• Help manage PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark in line with contract delivery programmes.
• Ensure end-to-end PAS2035 and PAS2030 processes provide high standards for customers.
